Pathetic service provider

In the beginning of the month my internet was disconnected because they claimed it wasn't paid for the same happened the month before, it was all sorted out now today my internet gets disconnected yet again for the second time this month. Send emails to 2 managers ( Zelda and Dane ) neither one of them even bothers to respond to you quiry. People please stay clear of Openweb, they are useless and unreliable to provide a service mind you which has already been paid for.
