Pathetic Service from Openweb

Please be careful when you join Openweb. I had a 2Mbps with them, and all of a sudden a lot of services stopped working (youtube, VPN, https sites, streaming, etc) When I phoned they said it's a port issue and they reset my ports for me, after calling them almost daily to reset the so called \port"as it only works for a couple of hours then stopped"
