PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!

<p>PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT !!!! It is ridiculous that an IT company does not have the ability to cancel the account on request. Its been six months and yet my account is debited and overcharge for this **** service. Im now GATVOL of constantly being told that a ticket will be create and my details taken down so that someone can call me back. Six months of debit reversals and NOBODY in the accounts department even noticed. I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE, CANCEL MY ACCOUNT !!</p>
