Pathetic abuse of company service

Pathetic service, unreliable products and false advertising. You do NOT get what you pay for.

I pay R399 for an unthrottled 200GB connection, which gets capped every month at 116/117 GB and when I email customer service to set it right and complain, all I get is 'sorry we can't help you'.

It's an abuse of your paying customers when they pay for a package and get short changed on the service provided.

Stay away and go for a company that might charge more but you get what you pay for.
