Overall Bad Service & Product Offering

Ok, So here is the scenario:<br> <br> I moved ISP's due to pricing and capabilitiesm so though OpenWeb's 6mb data bundle would be feasible. Oh boy was I wrong. <br> <br> I am well fami**** with shaping policies, but these guys took it too the MAX. If I even dare try access a video to stream, etc, I am shaped immediately and blocked from all such websites. The next step would be to complain, get an automated response from \Zelda""; but I would be blocked from streaming straight after as well.<br> <br> Long story short; I cancelled 2 days after signing up (04/06/2015); took them 5 days to process my query and now want to charge me an additional month due to a calendar month's notice policy. My calendar month is 20 working days; and I was well within it. <br> <br> Overall; I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as they now have my Credit Card details and will just deduct another months installment. <br> <br> Please fix this immediately as I am not interested in the product that does not perform;and most certainly am not going to pay for this. <br> <br> Ryan"""
