Openweb's customer service is intense and amazing

The service delivered by these guys is intense. I filled out a form on their website asking them to call me back and I kid you not, 15 seconds later I was on the line with one of their senior engineers, answering all my questions. I have just signed up and am very excited about this company. Service like this died a long time ago. Nice one !
