Openweb worst IPS in SA that lies and robs customers

****test isp ever. upgraded my line to 8meg premiun 8meg adsl... line speed is 0.02 for the last 2 weeks.. they reply once a day to you with one email... I have called the number provided and the same lady answers the call.all the time ( and say operators are busy) when i gave her a ear full she cut the call and then never answered again... have paid the differences of R880 for the line and they say im on a 4meg line... so what the fuxk did i pay for cost that 4meg line is 500 including adsl... they are a small company working out their garage cos if you want ro go to their office no you cant.. why ....assholes
