openweb waste of time

sing on the 1st of October, speed , line is perfect until 2 weeks over my sing.<br> after 2 weeks from 8am to around 7-8pm only you can use is FB and mail.<br> so at the end of October i request to cancel the account , meaning needs one month notice.<br> ok fair enough. on the 11 of the November i receive a mail about the unpaid account.<br> i check my bank and they was right.....there was no money for the openweb account.<br> so i contact them and ask them to hang till the end of the month for the payment but they refuse <br> and shaped my account to zero priority. <br> account still active but you can't open any page....not even google.<br> now that is the end of the month i pay them for the 11 days of service that i receive.<br> that is not enough for them and they keep pushing and asking for the full payment for this month.<br> <br> don't waste your money and time with this kind of isp.<br> <br> 9 emails and we still on the : Please note the full amount is due for the notice period.<br> <br>
