OpenWeb was god-sent! So happy with them.

I was recommended fibre from another isp called Day because the LTE in my area is terribly slow and on and off a lot of the time. I am happy that I tried! It was a bit of a wait getting Telkom to send some agents over to install it finally, but I have loved it after 6 months of using. Turns out that MTN built some towers in my area, so I have been able to use LTE since about February too which is amazing. Thankfully, I was able to get my fibre and LTE account merged, so that makes paying for both a lot easier since I do not have to watch out for two separate accounts.

One last note, the staff are very kind and helpful once they get back to me. I am content with their email support, but I must admit that I have had trouble getting help through Whatsapp since it just reroutes to Gmail as far as I know. Keep that in mind if you tend to use Whatsapp only like me.
