OpenWeb --- Tricking people into contracts

So, a little over a month ago, I took up an uncapped LTE-A service from OpenWeb after viewing their webpage. Upon sign-up, after paying the R99 initiation fee, I am informed that my area is not covered. So, immediately I start thinking what a ****. After several emails with a well mannered gentlemen, all is good and I agree to trial the service in my area, and about a week later my simcard only deal is delivered. On their website is a nice factoid about Month-to-month contracts when you either purchase the LTE-A router at R1999 or use your own. So, this sounds good as another service provider was busy with wireless installations in our area. Now that the new service provider is up and running and I want to serve my calendar month notice, I am kindly informed that I am trapped in a 24 month contract and if I would like to cancel then it will cost my 3 month's subscription while I don't even have access to the service anymore. So after some emails back and forth with their customer department, I am notified that the advertising is not applicable to my contract.

Oh and also, they state on their website that their LTE-A uncapped service runs at 12Mbps for the first 200GB, then at 6Mbps for another 150GB and then uncapped at 3Mbps, needless to say, this is an utter lie as my service has been reduced to 2Mbps as per the SMS received from Telkom on the sim-card.

Now imagine my frustration when all of this "But not for your product" nonsense is brought up and when I then state I want to Downgrade my contract as I am legally allowed to according to their terms and conditions stipulated during the sign-up then all of the sudden, no one responds any more.

I am currently awaiting confirmation of my downgrade, but judging at how everything else listed on their website was false advertising or very carefully placed, "not applicable to your product" ads, I won't hold my breath to get this done easily.
