Openweb SUCKS

Did a cancellation on 1st of April 2019, it is the 4th of June and still they have not cancelled my account. They keep deducting money from my account saying the account is active. I told them I want a refund and they are telling me I have to do the cancellation again and that there will be no refund because of the new cancellation date. In my books that is ***** and THEFT
