Openweb Sucks

I have a uncapped 4mbps uncapped account with Openweb. I am being throttled to the point that no web page opens. After calling in to check my account and wasting money on the phone speaking to these people i still don't have access to any web pages. <br> <br> I will never ever in my life again use Openweb. Bad service Bad call center. Very Very disappointing in there service.
