Openweb Service Sucks!

Decided to switch my ISP. Made the mistake to sign up with Openweb. Signed up yesterday afternoon - no response. Signed up again last night - to date no comms received from Openweb. I've called them twice to follow up on my order - everytime they took down my name and number and promised me someone will call me back shortly... nobody phoned back! I then sent them a mail to cancel my order and complained about their pathetic service. I then signed up with another ISP in less than 5 mins and up and running. Stay clear from Openweb! They suck! They should close their doors period!
