OpenWeb service is disgraceful

Can the ombud not close down openweb? With all the negative reviews - how is it possible that OpenWeb is still in existence? I was requested to make payment which I did on the 20 July 2020. To date I have no router and no operational wifi. I get a different email from different people. Zelda's emails state that I am on a month to month contract while Leon's emails say I am on a 2 year contract. No one is willing to share the contract with me and its almost a month now. Now I get another email asking for information which I provided previously. Is the no end to this madness
