Openweb refusing to fix the incomplete service

My internet has become unusable during the day time.<br> I have sent multiple emailed to the 'support', but no one has helped me, or even tried.<br> All they do is try to get you to sign up for a more expensive account.<br> I have explained that 3 weeks ago my internet was not as slow is it is now, and they keep saying it is performing as intended. 3 weeks ago it was not extremely slow as it is now.<br> I pay for the internet service, but i can not use it during the day time? That does not make sense.
