Openweb not upfront

I app**** for their MYN Fixed uncapped prime, this was on the 15th, once I received payment details I paid on the 16th. I urgently need a new ISP, and was hoping for fast delivery. I then followup up yesterday, 20th, and was informed I will only get it next year. I then requested cancellation of the order and a refund. I was informed, that because I approved the order I will need to see the order though. And cancel when I get it.

Few things: 1. How can I not request a open order be canceled, as I do not have it yet and it has not been activated yet so it cannot be an active contact. 2. It was never disclosed that I will only get in January. 3. If i have to cancel in January, but also give a month notice, then they want me to pay for two months?
