Openweb - No Customer Service

One star rating is too high for Openweb. This is a Company that is extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. Logged a query and have not received any response after 72 hours. To get hold of anybody at Openweb is impossible as they have no Customer Service line. My recommendation will be to stay away from Openweb.
