I saw the 20Mbps Home Uncapped Special R 589, had it ten days, I wanted to test the speed and dependability of the network and service. Now im in a prison of paying them for TWO whole months as openweb doesnt care for us consumers just want ur hard earned cash. Please reconsider my cancellation, because I will pay till the end of the month, but don’t bully the consumer: So even if I don’t want use u guys u are forcing me to pay for 2 months? This isnt acceptable, your service is bad, u don’t Have a call centre! Its all pre recorded nonsense! I want real people to talk to as I am paying u real money so that’s the least Openweb can do. So at the moment this is what ur email below is the process: 2 X 20Mbps Home Uncapped Special 589 equals: R1178 I don’t want to use u as an ISP, Afrihost enabled me to cancel pro rata on what I use. I started my account with Openwen on 7 June and its only the 17th, please let me pay for what Ive used or till the end of June not another month!?!? My opinion is Keoma Wright developed this meagre business plan with no staff and no actual help to client to maximise his bank account. I will tell all people I know not to use Openweb and give the worst referral ever as u don’t consider clients to be human. Access to http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/ & http://users.isdsl.net/ blocked and they are lying about usage stats when they are in fact correct and because it was too easy to see account sharing and correct usage, another lie 3. Resell IS, MTN etc products and thus don't need an office as most of their stuff are done by IS etc anyway. Its called "ISP in a Box". They buy "X" amount of gigs per month from IS, MTN etc and manage it as they see fit, thus the endless types of specials and account types. 4. Only got a handful of employees - Leon, Zelda, Leoni, Charmaine. Athol and Keoma the members of the CC. 5. They use various names - O*****P, Openweb, Myopenweb etc. 6.
