OpenWeb is the worst ISP in South Africa - stay away!

Worst ISP in SA! Speeds are horrific (always, no matter if you're on a home package or premium/business). Internet consistently drops, and it is not the line as when I was with MWEB, internet was a lot more stable. Their customer service is ridiculously slow and inefficient. Rather go with Telkom or one of the other big ISPs. STAY AWAY FROM OPENWEB
