Openweb is my new favorite! I do recommend.

I am impressed with how little the services from OpenWeb cost given they are third party. They somehow manage to give better services than the provider themselves, and they are far more honest about their business practices. After a run in with Telkom (I will be going to court after all if they do not settle), I will probably never try to connect with them directly again. Their support is nonexistent. I have never been with an ISP so reluctant to get in contact with you.

After contacting open web through their email communication I spoke to very friendly woman who immediately logged a ticket with Telkom. I received the reference number soon after. Later in the day they then call me report on what the problem was, so something was done. I wish they had phone support, but as long as they get back to me, I am fine. Big plus that they work on weekends and holidays whereas Telkom does not!!!
