OpenWeb is more competent than Telkom

Openweb review

Previously, I tried to get a order in with Telkom for what was new at the time, a galaxy Z Flip, but they outright rejected my order. When I asked why, I was met with a response equivalent to "system is offline" by the person (barely) helping me that day. She first told me that I need to submit my banking records for evaluation before telling me that she is unable to process my order because someone else within the business rejected it for no reason. At this point I had waited four weeks, so I just gave up and did not respond anymore. its funny, I received messages from them for about 3 months before they got the message.

Months later, I see that openweb is now offering phones through Telkom meaning that they handle it for you. I used to go for LTE wifi with them before I got Fibre, so I have been with them before, so I decided to test it out. I am glad that I did because I was about to get my order sorted and shipped in about two and a half weeks which is more than what I can say for goin through telkom directly. I even recognised some of the same names in their staff, so the service was pretty great given that they are a ISP. I will definitely recommend. Hear that openweb?
