OpenWeb is great, but their partners not-so-much...

My daughter was off to a rocky start with OW because the SIM was ****** by Aramex couriers about a month ago, but it has been much better ever since... until I decided to get a SIM for myself. I ordered on the 25th but The Courier Guy (their only couriers?) were shut down for days to change systems according to Marietjie, and then they had to wait for their account to be fixed. It is strange that I run into two problems with them, but each time we do, the issue has to do with the delivery/couriers, so I feel that they deserve some credit. The staff are very nice and helpful - to the point, but it is just the delivery that they need to sort out. On the other hand, I get it because there are not a lot of options but still. It was frustrating.
