OpenWeb is great, but Telkom still sucks.

It was simple. I ordered, but my order was apparently an oddity, so someone higher up had to help me out, but it only took a week since I paid right away and I stay on top of my emails. They seem to from what I can tell.

The connection is a whole other topic. I have had either really good connection or really bad connection, but unlike some of these dolts in the reviews, I know that Telkom is to blame. I had to email their admin. I got in touch with a very nice woman named Zelda who helped me switch over to MTN finally. Go figure... Telkom is pretty much government owned. No wonder they are able to advertise like crazy and suck so much.

As a reseller, openweb is amazing! but I wish they only sold MTN so that we would not have to go through all the BS with Telkom and their limited connection.
