Openweb has the worst support service....

I have 100GB unshaped internet service from Openweb. I have been having problems with my internet since 12/08/2015. I phoned Telkom, my line was tested and showed no problem, so the next step was to phone my internet service provider. I phoned Openweb on 12/08/2015 at around 11h00 and was told that \there is no answer"at technical support and that my info will be sent through. No response the whole of Wednesday"
