Openweb doesn't want to refund me

My banking App was acting up so I decided to use the link they gave me when I started using it. I paid on time with the link now they are telling me that they can't reconnect me and they don't want to work with me. I asked them about the money I paid I they are quiet. They don't even seem apologetic
