OpenWeb deserves ZERO stars and not the required minimum of 1 star

1. Their so called 'Unshaped' lines will make Telkom's dial up look fast by comparison. They blatantly lie about the it being 'Unshaped' 2. They will continue to debit your account after cancellation. I recommend you call your bank and open a case of ***** against OpenWeb when this happens. 3. They will not return calls. 4. They make Telkom look professional.
