Openweb & Creditintel ****

My son tried to buy data from Openweb, but the site crashed. The transaction did not go through. We never got any data. Openweb demanded we pay them through an email. Obviously they do not have our account details as the transaction never went through. Openweb then got Creditintel to start pestering us with text messages and emails. We demanded proof of the data we used and they never supp**** us with any proof. Creditintel keeps on sending demands even after I called them and they agreed to get Openweb to supply us with the logs, etc. Openweb has to date not responded to any of the requests for information in terms of Act 2 of 2000. I think Openweb and Creditintel are running a **** to pester people into pay for data they never received. Also, be aware that Openweb hides an automatic renewal in their once off payments and this activates even if the transaction does not go through. Use their site at your own peril.
