Surely you are aware of the manner in which accounts that have become seriously past due must be handled. We are not going to attempt to think of some clever phrase to get your attention. Neither do we wish to embarrass, intimidate or do any of the nasty things that are done to encourage payment.
We are merely informing you that the account has reached a point where we must decide within a few days whether to turn it over to our late stage department, which is not our preference.
We know that you understand our predicament and are quite likely experiencing a similar situation with some of your ageing accounts.
We would like to hear from you and learn what your intentions are in regard to this account.

I attempted to cancel my openweb account since Dec 2015 via e-mail as well as on the website. After not receiving a response I disputed the payments from November 2015 and recieved an e-mail for non-payment on my account...this matter is not resolved as i keep getting sms and also I recently recieved an e-mail from a debt collector saying that I owe openweb money for the months before cancellation.
