Openweb bandwidth strike

I have been a customer to openweb for about 7 years now. <br> I have an uncapped unshapped premium GOLD account, which is not a cheap option.<br> <br> I am experiencing heavy shaping taking place, and the INTERNET speed is so slow, <br> one cannot load youtube's home page. Nor even stream online radio.<br> This is the quality of openweb. They are not preforming as good as before and their customers are paying for it. <br> My personal experience is that I phone them, they explain the slow connection speed, they reset the port, <br> and its oky for a day or 2. I phone them again, do the same, and the cycle repeats. <br> <br> I dont expect this from Openweb, This has been going on for the whole of 2015 now, and did happen in 2014 as well.<br> <br> Currently I can download avg of 15 kb/s, instead of 2mb/s.<br> <br> I am tired of this service, If you want to go Openweb - go somewhere else. <br> its a ClosedWeb.
