Openweb a struggle

I have had numerous connection and internet access problems with Openweb. You can never speak to a tech nical support, as they are always busy, needless to leave a message, as nobody calls back. <br> After a few weeks of struggling with internet access, browsing problems with downloading email I have cancelled Openweb. Even though they give bad service and were unable to resolve the problem, they still took another month's subscription from my account.<br>
