Openview service not helping

I just wanted to get price on adsl packages from these people. Now i am signed up and they want me to give 1 calender month notice. I have not usede any of their service. When i recieved a sms from them with usernsme and password I immediately mailed to say I dont want to sign up just wanted price. But now got mail back to say i must give 1 calender month notice to cancel. I am extremely upset.
