Open(No) Web

One star is to good. Openweb, more like no web. Phoned when I went over to them, told a technician will get back to me. That was Friday 09:00 r still waiting Monday. Phoned again, got the same response. 13:00 still nothing. Phoned again, told them tge prob, same resonce, told them no. I want to talk to a supervisor, told they'll phone me back. Said that's not good enough, and the operater slammed the phone. Finally got my 4Mbps isp running. O sorry I meant 0.01 Mbps. Service resonce and delivery, non delivery same o same o. No wonder they are rated so low!!!!!!!!
