Open Web Wi-Fi Service Provider.

I have had this internet provider for a few months and every month we do not have network for about two weeks. For this current month my wi fi was not working for the whole month. I contacted them almost everyday on mail and what's app.They send you IT info to log in and do it yourself. They do not even have a landline to contact you. I sent my number to the manager to call me but failed to do so.They are also very quick to tell you that you have not paid your account, when you send them proof the debit order has been processed they .....So now for the whole of December i do not have wi fi!I have another wi fi and used that sim card on the open web,it works fine, but they keep sending you IT stuff to check. Finally i do not recommend any one to join this service provider as the service they provide is null & void.
