open web needs a rebore at management

Hi I had the misfortune to open a web data account with this ********** company OPEN WEB.<br> <br> First they **** about their speed. I opened 4 account simultaneosly with CYBERSMART, TELKOM. OPEN WEB and cyberweb.<br> <br> I tested their speeds ... and tabulated the speeds. CYBERSMART was they only company that met expectations.<br> <br> I then cancelled the other 3 services but guess what OPEN WEB kept taking R399 from account for over 4 months.<br> <br> I lost it with these IDIOTS and poor soul ATHOL WESSELINK keeps hiding behind his terms of service. NO ETHICS FROM THESE IDIOTS.<br> <br> They still have not confirmed that they have cancelled my account. I am now opening a case of ***** at the SAP.<br> Paul Kilian<br>
