<p>I opened an account with open web two months ago through Facebook ads and their facebook ads they dont mention that u don't get a WiFi roater and I discovered after I opened a account and the very same day I received a deduction on my bank account from open web amounting to R89 the next day phoned them asking about the deduction and the consultant told he does not why but he will tell the finance department to call me but no one phoned me up until today then phoned them again requesting them to cancel my account and they told me to send a cancelation email and I did but on my surprise I received an email saying that my account has been handed over, I'm not happy with open web at all and their consultant or call center agent are very rude and un professional</p>
