Not to be trusted! Extremely unprofessional!

Is there not an option that offers less than one star? After being a customer for longer than a year, this company decides to move from Cell C to other service providers and I am forced to accept a new option which offers less GB at a higher fee! When I dared to question the legality of this, I was treated heinously by employee Zelda Coetzee. Unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. How is this even possible in this country? I am shocked and disgusted and regret ever signing up with them. I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can finally be rid of them.
