Not Happy

Stay away from this ISP. I've been with them for 2 months, the first 2 weeks of the month I get full speed, but after 2 weeks they cap my speeds to 5Mbps until month end, then on the 1st back to full speed again. When I call it in, I'm told the problem is on my side (network tower etc.) and given instructions to reset the connection. I'm now on the first week and getting high speeds around 50Mbps but around the 15th of Jan I'm going to get 5Mbps until the 1st of Feb. I'm paying for full bandwidth and my data plan has no FUP.
