Not even a week with them and already not happy!!!

We signed up with openweb 24 September, we waited for almost 3 weeks for our sim to be delivered. We called, emailed, we sent a whatsapp and received no reply no communication what so ever. needles to say we are not at all happy with the service we received up to now to top it all the packaged we signed up for stimulated "priority on streaming and gaming but we only received decent speeds the first day 3 days in we moving on 3/5mbps vs 50mbps on the first day. Yet again no answer when calling the 087 number.

Can't recommend them at all havent been with them a week and Im already not happy.
