No support on public holiday

Been testing openweb for a few days! Cant use [URL Removed] during the 7am and 11am dsl server is blocking it. ( not on cell, laptop, home pc, cloadtv or smart tv most of the tv streaming options are slow ( my line average on 8meg) but are blocked. Tried to phone them but no luck. Going back to [URL Removed] they have 24 hour support
