No Service. Worst ISP in South Africa

Emailed to cancel account due to bad service. They did not reply to my mail of 22 August 2015 still waiting for a reply.<br> <br> Today on my Bank statement they are still deduction even after my written declaration that they may not. Now I need to go to the bank to reverse payment.<br> <br> Even when you call them they are only open at certain hours and don't understand the word customer service.
