No Service, no response, no delivery...

I took one of their uncapped packages on the 30Th of November I receive an sms confirming the creation of my account, the monthly payment was paid on the 7th December and I'm yet to receive my log-in details. I've paid for a product I cannot use. Moreover, I sent an email on the same day asking for a response and help with this issue to their support email and after more than 2 hours (Where they claim to strive to respond within two hours depending on load) I phoned their support centre and I was simply told that they will contact me as soon as their systems are running again and did not say more on the issue. Needless to say, they never phoned me back. I would like to start using their product but this kind of service is questionable.
