No response to internet problem

<p>I have been trying to reach them for 4 days with NO response via call center that keeps hanging up, the live chat that keeps saying no one is available. The support tickets I have logged have gone unasnwered. First the internet stoppeds working and then everyone at OpenWeb dissapears! Disgusted. How is one supposed to resolve the problem when everyone is missing? I cant even cancell beacuse no one answers! </p>
