No reply on Email Regarding Down Network

My internet went down COMPLETELY everytime I restart it works for 2 minutes then it stops. I am very dissapointed paying R1200 per month for this primitive service. I know it's not a telkom OR modem issue because I have 2 trial accounts one with Mweb and one with Afrihost and they both work excellent BUT the Openweb one connects for 2 mins then it completely goes down but I am still connected to openweb and able to ping them but no internet connection whatsoever...
