No co-operation from them

I have an account with Openweb, I phoned to cancel, they said I must email them, so I did, still the next month they deducted. I phoned again, they said I must do their online form, did it, next month again, they deducted. Phoned them, sorry, there was an error, please do the online form again, still the next month deducted, been struggling 4 months to cancel my subscription, I am at a point where I will be opening a ***** case against them.
