No cancellation to take money.

I got a 75GB Peak + Unlimited Late account for R259 from Openweb some time ago and beginning last month.(tbh it wasnt great so i went to another ISP)<br> I emailed asking if any of my accounts still exist, (emails as proof) because money went off from my account. So i asked them to cancel all my accounts. A person rep**** with a email address and details that i must email, so that my account can be cancelled. I emailed cancellations with the exact details right away (emails as proof) and asked to cancel my account. I didn't get any reply and forgot to check it again, SOOO beginning of this month, money goes off my account again! I told them the story and all i get is i must follow the procedure and contact cancellations. I didn't use openweb for the duration and if they check their logs, no bandwidth will have been used. How many people have openweb ******** this way to get money?
