You don't respond to emails.<br> You have no actual person who answers a call.<br> Your client portal doesn't allow us to actually do anything.<br> WE WANT TO CANCEL OUR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.<br> For anyone else reading this complaint - DO NOT USE OpenWeb if you're still deciding on an ISP. They suck.
