Purchased hosting & transferred a domain:

Domain transfer: A few days after transferring and paying you I emailed support asking how long does it take to transfer the domain because it read “Pending” received a reply 4 DAYS LATER from Leon (aka CEO of Google that's who he thinks his is) well long story, eg. accusing me of treating his staff like dirt etc… although his was the ONLY PERSON that emailed me, “domain is locked” so I got ANOTHER epp code and sent it to him a few hours later “2 DAYS LATER again from Leon domain is locked” bear in mind at this time my site was down so I went with another company “it was sorted a FEW HOURS LATER my SITE was LIVE".

Hosting: pointless because my domain wasn’t transferred.
