My honest take on Openweb's 5G products.

If you live in an JHB area, it is outstanding. In my experience, their service has been tremendously reliable and fast (I live in the central JHB area). Plus, if you live in an JHB area, the data is truly unlimited with no caps/throttling. I do not know if it is the same nationwide.

less than R500 for data that’s truly unlimited, fast and reliable on both my Apple Watch and iPhone is unbeatable.

BUT!

Chatting with their customer service is the worst. Thankfully the service is super reliable, so I almost never need to talk to them. I’ve had to reach out only once in the 2-3 years I’ve been using them.
