****med for paying for nothing

I signed in for uncapped data of R389 monthly with them,then they said I must accept the Debicheck on my side for deduction. Only to find out that I have to pay upfront but the exact month for deduction they didn't deduction so I thought maybe it didn't went through or canceled, no communication until they deducted on the second month,nothing delivered from them no data,no sim card but money is gone so when I send whatsapp to them for refund because i dont have anything from.them they said they gonna send cancellation link before refund.i did it and after they say they can't refund...just like that I need help I need my R389 back if they loaded data for me or send their sim card I would understand so what is it that m paying for
