Long time client and very happy

I have been a long time client of OpenWeb signing up for my first account around 5 years ago.<br> <br> They provide a great product with no frills. I had a few Telkom issues over the years, never data related. Even though the issue was not on OpenWeb's side, they always helped me log a fault with Telkom and followed up until Telkom fixed the problem.<br> <br> I have their Home Uncapped account and it is the most fairly shaped product on the market. Our company uses another big ISP and they have endless issues. I am happy to say, they too will be moving to OW at the end of this month.<br> <br>
